At Two Gals & A Mop, no two cleans are exactly alike — because no two homes are either. We customize every visit based on your needs and budget, and we charge by time rather than by a fixed checklist.
A standard clean covers the essentials: surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and general tidying of living areas.
A deep clean goes further. This can include the insides of cleared cabinets and drawers, wall plates, door frames and facings, prepped ovens, and refrigerators or freezers that aren't heavily stocked. Baseboards are also available on request.

Nope! You're welcome to stay if you prefer, but most of our clients head out and come home to a clean house. Either way works perfectly for us.
For first-time customers, we'll work out a secure access arrangement before your initial visit so everything goes smoothly.
Whatever works best for you! We're happy to work with a key, lockbox, or door code. If you provide a key, it's kept securely in our locked office until the day of your cleaning. Our team picks it up that morning and returns it at the end of the day — your key never leaves our hands unnecessarily.
We treat your home with great care, and damage is extremely rare. But if something does happen, we'll reach out to you directly right away. From there, we work with you on the best resolution — whether that's a repair, replacement, or whatever you're most comfortable with. We're insured, and we always make it right.
We do our best to send familiar faces whenever possible! However, we can't always guarantee the same team due to scheduling, illness, or time off. What we can guarantee is that every member of our team is background checked, trained, and held to the same high standards — so you'll always get a great clean regardless of who shows up.
Easy! Just give us a call, send a text, or shoot us an email — whichever is most convenient for you. We ask that cancellations be made with reasonable notice out of respect for our team's schedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to $75. A lockout fee of up to $75 may also apply if our team arrives and is unable to access your home.
We proudly serve the Mobile, Alabama area. We are licensed through the City of Mobile, so we are currently unable to service independently incorporated cities that require a separate business license, such as Semmes, Chickasaw, Satsuma, and Saraland.
Yes! Clients who schedule weekly cleanings receive a 5% discount. It's our way of rewarding loyalty and making a clean home even more affordable.
Absolutely — we love animals! We just ask that aggressive pets or pets that are at risk of escaping through an open door be secured before our team arrives. We adore your fur babies, but we'd never want to be responsible for an escape artist! Please note that we are unable to clean up animal waste.

We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards. We also offer convenient online invoicing through QuickBooks, which can be texted or emailed to you directly — with several easy payment options available, including ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made with our office in advance. We typically do not require a deposit, though one may be requested for exceptionally large jobs.
In most cases, no. Payment is simply due after your cleaning is complete. For unusually large jobs, we may request a deposit — but we'll always discuss that with you upfront.
